Related to RUKUNEGARA PRINCIPLES:
Every Penggerak Malaysia activists must hold firmly, appreciate, practice and inculcate the Rukunegara Principles into self, family and all levels of society.

Penggerak Malaysia stance regarding the establishment of PATRONS:
a. A Council of Patron was Established to Facilitate This Movement Throughout Its Struggle
b.Only The Malay Rulers Are Eligible to Be Members of The Patron Council With His Majesty DYMM YANG DIPERTUAN AGONG As The Council Chairman
c. This Council At All Time Will Be Emptied Until The Malay Rulers Are Properly Seated In This Council.

In relation with MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT whether the Central Government or State Government as Local Government.
a. We defend the concept that Malaysian Government is the government of His Majesty the Yang Di Pertuan Agong and the State Government is the Government of the ruling King of each state.
b. We support and recognize the government elected by the people through a legitimate electoral system and appointed by the Malay Rulers
c. We will always maintain good cooperation with the Federal Government, State Government and Local Government at all times
d. We are responsible for monitoring, advising and assisting the government for the benefit of the community.

With respect to POLITICAL PARTIES Whether Barisan Nasional, Pakatan Harapan and Gagasan Sejahtera or other legitimate groups in the jurisdiction of the law;
a. We support the 3 component system currently practiced until a better system can be develop from it in the future
b. We recognize all Political Parties approved by the Registrar of Societies
c. We are responsible for monitoring and advising political parties in connection with their stand and the affairs of society and
d. Penggerak Malaysia Activists should NOT at any time contest in any political election to maintain its function as a real civil society organization.

Related to All Parties Involved in PRIVATE SECTOR ;
a. We recognize, support and work with the private sector as a second sector in the Malaysian society
b. We monitor, advise and assist all economic and entrepreneurial development efforts in this sector for the benefit of the people and the Nation
c. We involved ourself in running Penggerak Malaysia Social Business Program
d.We fights for a well-developed and successful Sosio-Religious Economy to replace capitalisme and sosialisme economy.

Related to All Parties Included in the CIVIL SOCIETY SECTOR ;
a. We recognize the civil sector as the third most important sector in the development of the society and the Nation
b. We monitor and advise the movement of civil society organizations approved and certified by the Registrar Of Society for the benefit of the community and the State
c.We fight to eradicate all conflicts movement with the Rukunegara Principle and the Malaysian Constitution which can undermine the integrity, well-being and progress of the society and country practiced by existing civil society organizations
d. We produce activists and community volunteers, train them, certify their skills, safeguard their welfare and provide continuous support services to them.
e. We monitor and defends the human rights of mankind according to our Rukunegara Principles.

Concerning Co-operation and Good Relationships with Other Parties ;
a. We establish good relations with all those who accept the philosophy, vision, mission, principle and values of Penggerak Malaysia
b. Any support, recognition and cooperation with other parties MUST not jeopardize the integrity and identity of the organization and do not conflict with our constitution and policy.

Regarding the Management of This Organization ;
a. The management of Penggerak Malaysia is subject to the National Constitution, Rukunegara Principle, Islamic Principles and Other Religious Practices, The Malay Rulers' Mandate, Social Contracts, the Societies Act 1966, the Constitutions of the Organization, the Resolutions and the Official Circular issued by this establishment at all time.

Regarding Decision-Making Rules In This Society ;
All decisions made in this establishment on each of its layers and by any person representing it shall be made by consultation from each committees and not from a personal or individual decision and the minutes of the consultation or meeting must be proved upon request by any person having the relevant authority

Prohibition of Being Political Party Activist ;
a.All members who are accredited and given Penggerak Malaysia Committee or Activists Card CANNOT act as an Activist of any legitimate Political Party in Malaysia.
b. Penggerak Malaysia Activist in all walks of life is an Actual Human Rights and Community Activist. For that purpose, they should at all times clear themselves and be seen publicly clean from the racial, racist, impartial, unfair and other attitudes not relevant to their role as a Penggerak Malaysia Activist
c. However, this policy does not prevent Penggerak Malaysian Activists from becoming a regular member of any legitimate political party, holding low position (not heads or key positions of the political party) and participating in party programs and voting for anyone who is deemed fit by him in any election
d. Penggerak Malaysia Activist is not allowed to speak on behalf of his political party or represent the political party in any official or unofficial event in order to avoid conflict of interest between himself, the political party and the whole community.
